The location was central for the beach and the town. It was just a 5-minute walk each way.

The WiFi did not work at all! The staff kept saying because the hotel is fully booked everyone is using it. They said that's why it's slow, but you can try to use it anytime during the day or night. I tried and it did not work.

Really good Stay Close to the Beach

spacious room ample storage excellent communication great location

My room was quite spacious and had ample storage. The large TV offered a good selection of channels. The staff communicated excellently before my arrival, explaining the app to access the hotel and my room. I found it great that the hotel is close to the BIC.

The radiator was not easy to operate.

Adequate Stay with Some Issues

limited parking inadequate heating

Parking cost extra. It was difficult because the spaces were limited. The room was also quite cold. I had to ask for extra blankets at the front desk because the heating was not adequate.

a perfect little haven

soft bed great location friendly staff

We had only one night, but it was lovely!!! the location was great. We didn't need to drive anywhere. the beds were soft and i just sank right into it and the staff seemed friendly and so very helpful. breakfast was a proper, amazing fry-up!!!

the bathroom window lacked a blind, this impacted my privacy as anyone could peer through the frosted glass from outside. controlling the shower temperature proved quite challenging too and it was hard to maintain.

the staff were very attentive to the needs of their guests, so i always felt comfortable asking for help or additional information and they always did their best to fulfil the request.

my standard double room featured ample space for relaxation and rest, so there was no feeling of being cramped in a small space, giving me a sense of freedom to move around freely.

the breakfast included tasty bacon, it tasted very good. also the little convenience shop around the corner was useful for some late night treats and drinks i wanted to keep in my room.

friendly staff useful information available space

the breakfast was sufficient and the staff were VERY friendly!!! i managed to park in one of the spaces. checking in was easy and i got lots of useful information.

the room was a bit small.
